1. SMM Glossary — Terms We Use
Before using our services, please familiarise yourself with the following terminology used across our panel:
- HQ (High Quality) — Followers, likes or views from accounts that look real, have profile pictures, posts, and bio. These are the most realistic-looking and have the lowest drop rate.
- MQ (Medium Quality) — A balance between cost and quality. Accounts appear semi-real with some activity. Slightly higher drop rate than HQ.
- LQ (Low Quality) — Budget-friendly option using basic accounts. Higher drop rate expected. Best for boosting numbers quickly rather than long-term retention.
- Non Drop — The delivered quantity is guaranteed to stay on your profile. If any drop occurs within the guarantee window, a refill is automatically triggered.
- Refill — If your followers or likes drop after delivery, we will top them back up for free within the stated guarantee period (e.g. R30 = 30-day refill guarantee).
- R30 / R60 / R90 — Refill guarantee duration. R30 means we refill drops for 30 days from delivery date. R60 = 60 days, R90 = 90 days.
- Drip Feed — Order is delivered gradually over a set period instead of all at once. This looks more natural to the algorithm.
- Start Count — The number of followers, likes, or views your profile had before we started delivering your order.
- Remains — How many units are still left to be delivered from your current order.
- Instant — Order starts within seconds to a few minutes of placement.
- Custom Comments — You provide the exact comment text you want posted. Each line equals one comment.
- Global Comments — Generic positive comments written in various languages posted to your content.
- Real / Organic — Engagement from accounts with genuine activity. These are slower to deliver but highest retention.
- Bot / Mixed — Automated or mixed accounts. Fast delivery but more susceptible to drops over time.
- Average Quality — Same as MQ. Shorter guarantee, semi-real looking accounts, average drop rate.
- Partial Refund — If an order is partially completed and cancelled, only the undelivered portion is refunded as wallet credit.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account or using RocketViral services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
3. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- Maintain the security of your password and account.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- Ensure your profile link is set to "Public" during service delivery.
4. Service Delivery
- Orders begin processing immediately after placement. Start time is an estimate and not guaranteed.
- Do not place a duplicate order while one is already in progress.
- Do not change your username or make your account private during delivery — this will pause or cancel your order with no refund.
- Ensure your profile, post, or page is set to Public before placing an order.
- Delivery speed depends on the service selected. Some services drip feed over hours or days.
- Drops caused by social media platform algorithm changes or your own account actions are not covered.
- Refills are only available for services explicitly marked with a refill guarantee (R30, R60, R90).
5. Prohibited Use
- Illegal purposes or violation of any Nigerian or international laws.
- Promoting hate speech, violence, or adult content.
- Attempting to hack, crack, or abuse our API or website structure.
- Using the service if you are under the age of 18.
6. Payments & Refunds
All payments are processed via Korapay. Funds added to your wallet are non-refundable to bank accounts once processed. Refunds for undelivered orders may be issued as site credit only. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.
6b. Pricing Errors & System Glitches
RocketViral strives to maintain accurate pricing at all times. However, in the event of a technical error, system glitch, misconfiguration, or pricing discrepancy that results in a service being listed or charged at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to:
- Cancel the affected order(s) and issue a full refund to the user's wallet.
- Contact the affected user and offer an adjusted price before proceeding with delivery.
- Refuse to fulfill orders placed at clearly erroneous prices, even if payment has been deducted.
By placing an order on RocketViral, you acknowledge that prices are subject to change and that orders placed during a known or unknown pricing error are not guaranteed to be fulfilled at the incorrect price. We will always act in good faith and communicate transparently with affected users.
In cases where a pricing error has resulted in a financial loss to RocketViral and the affected order has already been fulfilled, we reserve the right to recover the outstanding amount from the user's future wallet deposits. The user will be notified before any deduction is made. Alternatively, any pending or future orders may be placed on hold until the outstanding balance is resolved.
7. Disclaimer of Liability
RocketViral is not responsible for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of our services, including account suspension or bans on social media platforms. We are not affiliated with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or any other platform.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account without prior notice for any violation of these Terms or for fraudulent activity.
